Sam lives her motto every day. Her passion for creating events that captivate, move and engage guests allows her to bring clients' visions to life and deliver experiences you'll be reliving and retelling for years to come. 

She got her start in the events industry while earning a degree in forensic anthropology from the University of Alberta. Through executing several promotional campaigns for national companies, such as NBA Canada, Loreal, and Kraft Canada, Sam discovered her true calling - executing well-planned events and providing exceptional guest experiences.

After ten years as an event manager in the corporate sector, Sam branched out to start her own event management company, sk events. Using her keen insight and eye for creative design to meet her clients' needs - corporate and not-for-profit alike - is a dream come true for Sam.

Samantha is a born and raised Albertan, extremely proud to call Edmonton her home. She loves coffee (a lot), playing volleyball and hanging out with her wonderful husband, incredible daughter and cuddly fur babe, Teddy.
